David Kim

Veterinarian & Practice Owner (BVSc)

Dr. David graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2013. He grew up in Melbourne, and started his career in a country practice in Horsham, before returning to a small animal practice in Melbourne.

David has a special interest in surgery and is committed to providing the highest standard of care for his patients.

David has two poodles Bill and Lulu, and outside of work he can be found either spending time with his family (Wife Lisa and daughter Mia), attending the footy to support his beloved Richmond Tigers, or eating at one of Melbourne's trendy restaurants.

Julie Ward

Veterinarian (BVSc (hons), MANZCVS)

Dr. Julie Ward graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours in 2006. She worked in mixed practice for the first 5 years of her career, but has worked in small animal practice for the last 8 years. She completed a year long postgraduate course in small animal medicine with the University of Sydney in 2014. In 2015 she sat further exams in small animal medicine and obtained her membership with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Science. 

Dr. Julie really enjoys helping pets with medical conditions or illnesses, and also those with skin conditions.

When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family (husband Zane and kids Lucy and Jack). Her fur family includes her kelpie Olive, her cats Ash and Maddie and her horses Ludo and Papunya. She also enjoys horseriding, running, reading and travelling. 

Sarah Shannon

Veterinarian (BSc DVM (Distinction) )

Dr. Sarah graduated from the University of Melbourne with distinction, and started Small Animal practice at Racecourse Road Veterinary Clinic soon after. She has a keen interest in Small Animal Surgery and hopes to continue her studies in this field. Sarah always looks forward to getting to know our clients, and their furry friends!

Sarah's other interests include riding her horse Spice, teaching her dog Sam new tricks, and baking.

Livia Macreadie

Veterinarian (BSc, DVM)

Dr Livia graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2015. She started work with large animals but found it was dogs and cats she loves the most. Livia enjoys meeting people and their beloved furry friends, any large hairy canine will absolutely steal her heart. She also enjoys surgery of all sorts.

She lives with her husband who is also a Vet, and her very much spoilt Australian Shepherds Harry and Charlie. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs and going to the footy with her Collingwood mad family.

Hannah Butler

Veterinarian (Bsc, DVM)

Dr Hannah graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2019. She began her veterinary career in mixed animal practice but is now focusing on small animal medicine with intentions to do further study in this field. 

Hannah also has an interest in behaviour and aims to create a calm and safe environment for both her patients and their owners. 

In her spare time you can find her in the garden, reading a good book, cuddling her Guinea pigs or trick training her groodle, Arlo.
